Request a Proposal

This is soooo cool! - NO IT IS NOT... THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK ANYMORE (AS OF 8/2008). PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL

If you would like a proposal from me, here's what you do ... click the link below (I recommend opening it in another window because it takes you to another site). When you get there, a special "Request for Proposal" form will open up (you must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer).

Here's where it gets cool ... this is a magic form! Yes, its magic. It is an interactive form that allows you to fill in the blanks! And, some of those blanks already have a menu of answers from which can select. But wait, there's more! When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button near the bottom and the form will create an e-mail addressed to me with the form as an attachment! Is this a great time to be alive or what?

If the submit button does not work properly, just save that file on your computer and e-mail it manually. Also, make sure you print a copy for your records. If you do not hear from me, something went wrong; call me or just fax that page over.

Warning: The magic form is a fairly large file to open (704Kb), so if you have a dial-up connection, you might be happier if you just call. The form that actually gets e-mailed is smaller.
