Survey of Local Office Space
Each Spring, I complete a fairly thorough study of existing, available and proposed office space in Portsmouth. The 2008 Survey was posted in the Fall. The survey was divided into three distinct neighborhoods: Downtown, Pease (which includes a small portion of Newington) and the rest of Portsmouth, which I have called the suburbs.
The survey is thought to be comprehensive, but has excluded complexes that have less than 10,000 SF of office space, office as part of industrial facilities, schools (except schools occupying office buildings) and first floor retail occupied by "service" office users such as real estate agencies or mortgage companies.
