Berg, MAI, SRA is an experienced expert witness but strives to be an invaluable part of the process long before a trial is scheduled. Steven broadens his skill set by attending a wide variety of continuing education courses, particularly those relating to legal issues. These include training in condemnation appraising, valuation of partial interests, New Hampshire land use law and nearly twenty hours of classes relating to being an effective expert witness. Additionally, Steven gets constant exposure to land use issues as an Alternate Member to the City of Portsmouth's Zoning Board of Appeals.
